Reloved  Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship our preloved bags via USPS Priority Mail in sturdy, recycled protective packaging, including insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we prioritize eco-friendly shipping practices to minimize waste. This means where possible we reuse previously used boxes and packing materials, helping to reduce our environmental impact and minimize our carbon footprint.

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment verification. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or weather disruptions. Ordering early will help ensure your item(s) arrive as planned.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our reloved bags are sold AS IS. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review all photos, videos, and descriptions before making a purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, please retain the item and all of the packaging as we will need detailed photos to submit to our shipping carrier for a damage claim to resolve the issue.​
